These Terms govern your use of https://2dscommunicationspvtltd.vividtesting.com/, Vivid Testing platform, CrowdTest marketplace, and related services ("Services") provided by 2DS Communications Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information. Freelancers must be 18+. We may terminate accounts for violations.

2. Services

• Crowdtesting: Companies submit projects; freelancers test via https://vividtesting.com/crowdtest/.
• Shop: Purchase eBooks/courses. Digital delivery; no refunds on downloads.
• Payments: Via UPI/third-party. Freelancers paid per approved test.

3. User Conduct

No illegal use, IP infringement, or harmful content. Freelancers must submit accurate tests.

4. Intellectual Property

We own Services content. Test results belong to companies; you grant us license for operations.

5. Liability

Services "as is". No liability for indirect damages. Max liability = amount paid in last 12 months.

6. Termination

We may terminate for violations. Outstanding payments processed upon termination.

7. Governing Law

India laws apply. Disputes in Bhubaneswar courts.

8. Changes

We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
